Terms and Conditions
Conditions governing the use of this website and the provision of professional services.
Who provides the services
This website and the professional services described on it are provided by Mihai Dobre, a self-employed professional based in Estepona, Andalusia, Spain.
Services are provided directly and personally. There are no undisclosed intermediaries, hidden subcontractors or undeclared teams. The person who understands your project is the person who builds it.
Use of this website
The content of mihaidobre.com is provided for informational purposes. Descriptions of services, processes and capabilities reflect the current professional activity and may evolve over time.
Information published on this website does not constitute a contractual offer or a guarantee of specific results. Each project is defined individually through a specific agreement between the parties.
Use of this website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not use the website or the services described on it.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, design, code, images and structure — is the property of Mihai Dobre and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, ownership of code and deliverables is defined in the specific agreement for each project. As a general rule, the client receives the rights of use agreed for the delivered work, while technical know-how and generic reusable tools remain the property of the professional unless otherwise agreed.
Services and contracts
Each project is formalised through an individual agreement defining scope, working conditions, timescales and budget. These general terms are supplemented by the specific conditions agreed for each project.
General service conditions
- Services are provided directly by Mihai Dobre.
- Scope, timescales and conditions are defined in an individual project agreement.
- Quotations are indicative until the final agreement is signed.
- Changes to scope during a project are communicated and agreed before implementation.
- Payment is made according to the terms established in the relevant project agreement.
- Ownership and rights of use relating to code, designs, documentation and other deliverables are those established in the relevant project contract. Generic components, libraries, reusable tools, third-party software and pre-existing technical know-how may be excluded.
Liability
Mihai Dobre undertakes to provide services with the level of professional care appropriate to the activity. However, no specific results are guaranteed, as outcomes may depend on multiple external factors.
Professional liability will be determined according to the scope defined in the relevant project agreement and applicable law. Except where the law provides otherwise, no liability is assumed for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of profit or service interruptions arising from factors outside the work performed, third-party services, actions taken by the client or subsequent modifications not carried out by Mihai Dobre.
Projects include a post-delivery support period for corrections and adjustments related to the work performed. The conditions of that support are defined in the relevant project agreement.

Changes to these terms
Mihai Dobre reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when published on this website. Changes do not affect project agreements already signed, which remain governed by their own terms.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals will be determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules in each case. Where the client qualifies as a consumer or user, all mandatory consumer protection and territorial jurisdiction rules will be respected. Specific project agreements may establish additional rules, provided that they remain within the limits permitted by applicable law.
